LIVEABLE DIMENSIONS

Livable Housing Australia has published a guide for Australian designers called "Livable Housing Design Guidelines".  We have followed their suggestions that help to make a home a functional place for the inhabitants no matter what stage of their life they are in.  The suggestions enable people with children, disabilities or the elderly to live comfortably in the home.

There are three performance levels Silver, Gold and Platinum.  We have implemented the design elements to achieve a Silver Level.

This means that we have arranged for the structural and spatial elements of the home to be included for any future inhabitant with mobility issues.  No modifications will be needed.
